No deposit will be charged, however, a full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • More than 6 weeks before departure: 10% of the total,
  • Less than 6 weeks before departure: 30% of the total,
  • Less than 3 weeks before departure: 50% of the total,
  • Less than 2 weeks before departure: 75% of the total,

Since the online booking system is real-time, it is possible to sell a seat before the end of the purchase process. If this happens, the customer’s search results will expire and the customer will have to start the search process again. Road Trip Bus Canada declines all responsibility in the event of unavailability of seats during the booking process.

Road Trip Bus Canada reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time. All payments will be fully refunded in such an unlikely event.

We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel / cancellation insurance. If you decide not to take out travel insurance, the resulting risks belong to the person who booked the trip.

In the event of a bus breakdown, Road Trip Bus Canada will do everything in its power to repair it as soon as possible. However, we insist that all those who book a trip with us have the appropriate travel insurance, which covers your stay in an inn or organizes a car during the bus repair. There will be no refund in case of breakdown.

If you do not take the insurance, all the costs of braking are at your own risk. Flights, with or without insurance, are always at your own risk and we advise you to find a travel insurance adapted to your flights.
